Last I remember the department name is Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife.   Isn't  this department dedicated to preserving wildlife and managing fish and wildlife in the state of washington.  So with all the information this department has why are they making decisions that will hurt the wildlife in washington and in turn hurting the sportsman for decades to come.

Phil has forgotten many of his key objectives and requirements, and the Commission is not holding him accountable for this.
