Sounds like selling or bartering wild game meat, which I believe is illegal?   :dunno:

You know he might get hits from people who do NOT know of any hunters that are pissed off about the elk in their 30,000 dollar landscape yard.

Heck I got a call from a golf course manager to take care of some elk but I already got my elk.  Seattle and high end folks do not run in the same circles we do.

The manager is very picky and would want you to show how you would kill it without it being seen by anyone.  The elk come onto the golf course on three trails.  They have a group of four or more people who will come out and help haul it with a John Deer Gator.  But there the public cannot see anything.  No blood, no hide, no guts just the residue of what was left.  No blood on the bags everything has to be hidden from the public.

They are looking for you to put your mouth where your money is.  These folks have lots of money and if anything goes sideways it is all on you.  He actually called the game warden and there is not too much he can do as his hands are tied because of the folks who own the big dollar homes.

I called the Golf Course Manager.  He rejected the game wardens suggestion on using certified Master Hunters.  He did his homework and saw the chaos / cluster what happened up North and said not happening there.

He is looking at putting up a fence all around the green belt around the entire golf course.  So I think he has his fix.
