Seems iffy to me, sweet buck tho! Do people rattle in mulies?
-
That is sweeet!
-
it was on a fb post..a guy wrote "heres my buddy with his archery WA buck that he rattled in" I guess there was a previous question in this group if anyone has succesfully rattled in muleys.
-
Was that the one that was on here a while back and had the broken skull plate?
-
I dont remember, thought I remembered a muzzy mulie that had a busted skull plate
-
I was thinking there was an archery one. The guy was holding it next to a white truck if I remember correctly. Passenger side of the truck and there was a bow in the picture...maybe in the back seat or something.
-
I'm thinking it was this one, but the pics aren't coming up.

It was on here at one time. It doesn't help that the search function on this forum absolutely sucks ass.

I have held that buck and personally know the guy that killed it.
-
Is it the one that was taken in 2006 and the guy that killed it put epoxy or something on the skull?
-
yep. thats the one.
-
How did he break the skull plate :dunno: during the hunt, or during the cutting :dunno:

I think he actually put epoxy on it so that it wouldn't break (which in turn disqualified it from entering the books). When I first posted I could just remember that there was something to do with a skull plate.

DA :bash: :bash: I would have gave a tweeker $20 and sand paper! good as new in a couple hours :chuckle:

That is a sweet buck! He isn't even long-arming it, like some people feel the need to do for pictures. :chuckle:
