not literarly, though just seems to be how the last month has gone for me.. started off great, dropped five yotes with my bow and 2 more with the 300wsm(they wanted to hang up on me when I had the bow so switched it up) then late elk arrives to find me in the ER with severe pain in my stomach and vomiting blood. appernetly the meds the army and va has had me on for the past few years ate a nice size hole threw my stomach. still have a month before I can pull back the bow, or enjoy a normal dinner :bash: and now today my hard drive crashes and I loose everything, no yote photos no gps locations to my spots I've been keeping a eye on, nothing to be recovered :bash:

I don't think anyone on here would kick a guy when he's down. Jeeze, hang in there man. At least it held off til deer and elk were over. Get well.

Naproxin? The VA gives me that but they said it can cause ulcers. S for the other thing that sucks man. Hope you get right soon. And if the Army taught me anything then sucking it up and drink water will fix anything. Lol :chuckle:
-
naproxin combined with 5 others to be taken daily plus more as needed... the thought it was ulcers at first but when the scoped it, it turned into hey were gonna cut you open now :bash: find out more news on thurs when they rescope to check on the healing.

Wow that sucks man. That is the one thing i hate about the VA they are quick to shove pills at you. I took a ton of pain meds after my wreck and they would give me as much as i wanted. When i realized that the meds were not really helping and that i was just going to have to deal with the pain as it would be with me forever i quit taking the pills and never looked back. The pain is just part of life now and i would just call it more discomfort at this point. I still keep a bottle around but most times i end up throwing them out as they are expired. I hope you make it out ok and i hope they fix ya up so that you never have to deal with this again.
