(7) If the director determines that a species of the animal
kingdom, not native to Washington, is dangerous to the environment or
wildlife of the state, the director may request its designation as
deleterious exotic wildlife. The commission may designate deleterious
exotic wildlife.

This is GREAT!! I don't think anyone is going to beat the 'non-native' drum, they're going to push for management in Eastern WA sooner than they would have otherwise. This bill could be a wonderful thing for NE washington!!

My apologies to NWWABOWHNTR , I first saw this on The Board Hunting Activism & 2nd Amendment Issues. It was posted on Dec. 30th 2011. Apparently we overlooked it because of the board it was posted on. Now I see that you posted this last night and we missed it again. Although we overlooked it, thanks for the effort and I hope you are not angry that we started a brand new topic on this issue.
