A city dweller moves to the country and buys a farm hiring a manager. He buys 100 black sheep and 100 white sheep. He tells the manager to buy hay from the money he makes selling sheep and can use the extra money to buy his own food. He has a couple stipulations though. The owner loves black sheep so no black sheep are allowed to be eaten or sold to keep the operation running. Right now they are a little short of money to buy hay so the manager needs to figure out how to make it work. Also, the white sheep are not allowed to eat on the hay till the black sheep have had their fill. The owner has a goal of having many hundreds of black sheep so everything needs to be done to propogate the black sheep. The owner also expects the manager to have a posative attitude and support the owners goals and be happy at all times. What a challenge!

That is a very good question Gold Tip. Now it's very clear why all the woolfers don't understand what we are up against. Just substitue Wolf in the place of black sheep and substitue elk, cattle, deer, moose in place of the white sheep and you have exactly what is going on. You can't sell elk and deer tags to keep fish and game in operation if you have to feed the elk and deer to the wolves. The cattlemen also have to provide food for these wolves for free. The compensation is bogus. Unless you film the wolf killing an animals it is not confirmed at a wolf kill. If the hunters can't understand this then how do we ever convince the majority of non hunters to understand it?
