Anybody have a good receipe for them?
-
Hey bighunter, if you scroll down through some of the posts, i posted a really nice recipe for ribs in a crock pot with pictures. I think it was a few months ago. Take a look at that and let me know what you think......John

You can do ribs in an oven, too- I cook mine for 3.5 hours at 290 covered in aluminum foil without BBQ sauce, then cover with BBQ sauce for the final 30 minutes (same temperature). Absolutely falls off the ribs. If your deer is fat enough (like a whitetailed doe), then this recipe is good for deer, too. Great thing about deer ribs is that the meat pulls back pretty far along the bone, so you have something to grab while devouring.

Dont know much about crockpots! :dunno:
But put them on your smoker and run it at 225 for about 6 hours and "Bang" There awesome.
A boneless rib is nothing more than a pork butt/ shoulder cut down into chunks. :twocents:

Whitey, now that just isn't fair......Those are some awesome pieces of meat. So you just use a good pork butt for your boneless rib recipes? Thanks again for sharing those pic's...John
