Title: Sneaky sumgun
Post by: addicted on January 12, 2012, 09:46:14 PM: Jet lag woke me up early thismornign so i hit the stand about 0330. some time after 4 i was glassing in the moonlight and there was a black object jutting out of some tall grass in the shadow of a tree trunk about 60 yards out.

I thought to myself "i dont remember that being there before" and watched it closely for a few minutes. It was just about the right shape for a young boar facing right at me. It didnt move at all so i figured it was a stump or log that I hadn't logged yet so i went on glassing.

A few minutes later i picked up the binos again and it was gone. :bash:

waidmannsheil you sneaky little bugger, you got me.
