Title: 25-06 reloads
Post by: splitshot on January 13, 2012, 09:15:15 PM
does anyone have a good reload for a 25-06?   for a 75 gr. v-max hornady, i am using 43.6 gr of varget.    i also have some 87 . gr. sierras not yet used and some 110 gr. interbond hornady not yet used.  any info on these 2 will be used on the range and hopefully  used on game.  what is a good powder for the interbond?   thank you ,  mike w

for my ruger m77 mk II it really likes the hornady sst, with accurate powder. honestly loaded up a variety of powder loads with it and took it to the range to lead sled to check grouping and all were within 1/2 group at 100.

My Ruger No. 1 .25-06 likes a max load of IMR-4350 and the 100 gr. Nosler Ballistic Tip. Haven't shot anything but steel and paper with it but hopefully I can kill a deer with it next year.
