Where are the pics? Have they lost their sheds? I mean if you want to keep all the cool stuff to yourself thats fine, but im kinda having withdrawls from some new "one eye" pics among others. :bash:
-
Im gonna keep this thread alive until I see some new pics DB! :chuckle:
-
Yeah, whats up DB? Anything new to report?
-
Well these are some pics from a new spot I started scouting after the late season was over. this is just from a one week soak with one camera. got a couple decent bucks. i havent been back for almost a month so Im real curious to see what else came through.
-
Hey cool pics Doublelunger. Did you ever find that bucks shed? I guess ill have to go up and check my cameras because I can see DB wants to keep the one eye pics to himself!
-
that 2nd pic the deer with one antler gots a body on it!
-
yup, that guy is a stud. Im real curious to see what he looks like next year. Havent had a chance to look for any sheds yet. If I would have seen that pic before I took off I probably would have poked around a bit to see if I could find that one antler.
-
Heres one thats a little better. He probably got fat off of all the goodies I was putting out for the last two months!
-
So I went to check my camera this weekend and had 786 pics in just a couple of weeks. They were mostly elk and does. This is the first time ive had elk at this camera and they ate 100lbs of hay in just a few days. Not complaining about the elk pics but I was hoping the hay would last a little longer for the deer.

A few more...

:chuckle: Sorry guys. Nothing new or good to show. Unfortunately (and fortunately) nobody can access "one eye" after 1 December without walking miles through snow. Nobody bowhunts the area except for me and the last pic I received of him was one blurry photo on 29 Novmeber...so he lived another year ...... (now he just needs to survive the weather, lions, wolves and old age)

The last 3 1/2 and up bucks I had on cam dropped their antler in the first week of January. A bunch of younger bucks were still holding antlers.
