Title: Remington model 11 shotgun
Post by: adamR on January 29, 2012, 08:10:04 PM: Does anyone else have a remington model 11 shotgun? I just got one from my dad and it has no model numbers or anything on it. I guess I really don't know its a model 11, all it says is remington and a serial number- 170946. Just wondering if anyone knows how to tell when it was made or anything, there are no other numbers or anything on it.

I know its a browning made gun. A semi auto 12 gauge.

#170946 would be pre 1919, probably around 1917
