Title: Washington Sportsmen Show finds
Post by: TheHunt on January 30, 2012, 06:43:16 PM
Here are some of my finds.  If you saw something post it up.

I saw this stove and it was pretty cool for the amount of BTU's it kicked out.

Looks heavy but very nteresting.

If you need any fly tied or have an out of the box idea for a jig or something like that.  This dude is from Puyallup and can make anything and teach you how to tie it yourself

Chehalis Fishing rod builder that uses the new blanks for North Fork Composites (Gary Loomis new company) Very few local people are using Gary's blanks.

There rifle / bow racks are pretty cool.

This place has tent rentals for hunters and worth a look.  I am thinking about it...

I was digging the Cascadia Tents, they aren't to horribly priced either I thought, you could pick one up for $1,000 to fit on the back of the truck. Not sure what rentals cost?

I asked if they are planning on renting the Jumping Jack trailers.  The VP of sales there said that sounds like a great idea.   :chuckle: :chuckle: You would think it would be another revenue maker for them.

Totally missed those, but they are cool looking! Any idea what the base retails for?

They sell for about 5K before accessories.. Compare that to a camper or any other and it seems like quite a deal!

The problem I've got is they are selling me a 1000.00 utility trailer and charging me 4000 for a tent.  They are cool and I admit I covet one but I'm going to order this build plan from this guy and see how much it will cost me to build something like it.

Of course if I get close to 3k I may just buy this from Costco.

They have these at the Sportman's warehouse in Puyallup. They are impressive, and have a ton of addons you can get for them. I forgot to look at the price though.
