I can get 500 rounds or a 1000 rounds.

I doubt I'd pay for any of it. Too many guys throw their brass away.

      Lake City? Crimped surplus? Cheap crap? 556?  Prepped Lake City is gold.

40 &  9mm
      A lot of the guys that shoot ipsc or other action disciplines will want all one head stamp.  $30/1000

45   
     For the bullseye purist WW, Fed, or RA are king. Price is higher on them. $40-45/1000. No small primer pockets. Otherwise the 40 rule applies.

Check on cabelas and see what they are selling new brass for.  Generally we always fired brass once before using it to owrk up a load. (Once fired brass) so it would be similiar less having to "waste" lead and powder.   At least for rifle precision loads.
