Title: 2012-2014 MHPP Proposed Hunt Changes

Now that most of us have commented on the proposed rule changes we have the opportunity to comment on the Master Hunter Permit Program hunt changes.  It is important to carefully read all three documents because there are some significant changes!  Also note that comments will only be accepted through Feb 21st.
