lay on tin foil, pre-heat oven to 400 DEG. Salt and pepper the meat with a butter sauce added in.

Post by: washelkhunter on March 07, 2012, 10:45:31 PM: Carp are good eating. Its a nice white fish. If its coming out of a muddy watersource then youll want to let it sit in a big tub for a few days with nice clean water. If out of fresh water you can eat right away.
Gut it, scale it, then cook it like you would any white fish. Grill, bake, broil, poach?
