Title: To late to steelhead?
Post by: JODakota on March 13, 2012, 04:45:13 PM: Hey guys tomorrow I have a full day off, the first one in a long time. Do you think the Tucannon will be holding some Steelhead still?

Post by: Limhangerslayer on March 13, 2012, 05:56:00 PM: It won't be blown out yet but it is still coming up, I would check later this evening to see if it levels out. There will be wild fish throughout the river, a lot of the hatchery will be in the upper section or above the deadline.

If you catch them you will have a native or a spawned out fish which means the meat will not be that good. The Cowlitz is on it's way down and it would be a good river to fish now and through out this week. The "B" run is in with all that water.
