Need help with spotlight do i have to use red or green lense or is plain white ok?
-
depends... I have used red lenses for coyotes, but usually just the white. Red works good for calling because every once in a while you just shine the area and look for eyes. I like white because it is easier for me to pick out the yote in my scope.

I use a plain white light 95% of the time. They work the best. If I am targeting cats I will use a red lenses. Cats tend to look away from a bright white light. Then will look back after the light is off of them. The red light they don't mind as much.

Incorrect, you can use any color of the rainbow. There is no rule that says what color is o.k or not :chuckle:
