Title: April Photo of the Month Theme is Shed Antlers!
Post by: grandpawrichard on April 03, 2012, 11:37:33 AM: Sorry to start this so late, but I couldn't remember what the theme was supposed to be and also, I wanted to make sure last months contest winner was chosen in a timely manner.

Okay folks, let's get on with this Contest by submitting your entries right here!

Please make sure that you follow the contest rules. Also, Only One entry per person.

Post by: antlerking on April 11, 2012, 07:15:04 PM: I am gunna post this 1 again, it is an cool pic and Yes it deos show exactly were it was found, but if you want to read into the pics and beat out 15 other to them then have at it. No secret spot, I just got lucky to be at the right place the right time and there was still boot tracks every were that day.

Post by: grandpawrichard on April 27, 2012, 10:25:13 AM: Greetings Everyone! I have been pretty wrapped up in my life around home and photography lately, so I have been away from the site quite a bit.

I just found a couple of requests in my PM box about the rules for the contest.

The Rules are:
1. Photos must be No Larger than 800 X 600 or 600 X 800 depending on Orientation.
2. Photos must be taken by the entrant
3. No Photo Manipulation is allowed except for Normal Editing,cropping, sharpening etc. Please do not enter HDR photos because they will be disqualified!
4. Photo Must Pertain to the Current Months Theme.
5. Photo Must be taken within the last calendar year.
6. Only One Entry per month. So make sure your entry is the one you want!
7. Winner of this month's contest is not eligible for the next month's contest
8. Photos entered in previous months contests are not eligible for any other months contests.
9. Washington state photo subjects will be given preferences in case of a tie for judging.
10. Winning Photos will be posted on the Front Page
11. Monthly Photo Winners will be automatically entered into the Photo of the Year contest

12. Entry Deadline is Midnite of The Last Day of the Month!

I'm sorry I forgot to post these rules previously! I'm still new at this Contest Moderating! Everyone, PLEASE Check The Size of Your Photos To Make Sure They Comply With The Contest Rules! If you Do Not Know How To Resize them, Please Email them to me at: grandpawrichards@hotmail.com Make sure you use a subject line like Photo To Be Edited for Contest! I'll resize them for you and get them right back to you.
