I'm looking for a smoked Bacon recipie w/o black pepper (Allergic). New to smoking. I do have a new Bradley smoker and I want to try it out. Thanks,

I use the buckboard bacon cure from HighMountain mostly. I haven't read the ingredients to see whether there is pepper or not.
Mitchlichs (spokane spice compay) has a good one or two as well, Plus they will custom make one for you if you need it.
