Title: Catch record cards

Don't forget that last years catch record cards have to be sent back by the end of the month!  Got my new one today and realized I still had the old one.  Just a friendly reminder for the rest of you.

It's one of those things that is easy to forget.  I normally forget until the last couple days when I buy my new license.  Got it done a little early this year so thought Id give everyone a friendly reminder
