Jalipeno Bratworst
today I did ten pounds of Jalipeno Bratworst I used a 60/40 mix of Elk/pork and some Jalipeno Bratworst seasoning premixed seasoning from Butcher-Packer great stuff I did use some powdered milk as a binder and a ounce of Jalipeno flakes in this sausage it turned out pretty darn good :-)
