Title: Banks lake crappie fishing
Post by: asmith on April 26, 2012, 07:16:28 PM
Just wondering if anyone has been doing any crappie fishing on banks lake or surrounding areas?  If so how is the bite?  I am going to hit it hard this weekend along the shores.  Finding the warm water coves and rocky areas.  Let me know if your in the area.  Tight lines and bent rods to all.

Well, no crappie in the shallows yet, or at least not that I found.  Even the trout fishing is hit or miss.  About the only thing I caught was a nice sun burn on my arms and face due to this great weather.  Maybe the crappie will show up in a couple weeks.  Good luck all.  Tight lines and bent rods.
