I feel your pain! With all the injuries that I have sustained through Football, Baseball and basketball and many years behind me they are catching up to me very fast. I now have a herniated disk in my L4 L5 and a tear in my L5 S1. I go in on Thursday for a shot to elevate the pain and I still have hopes for September. When I told my doctor that I still plan on going out in september he looked at me and said who's packing out who??!! Good luck on your recovery!

E-P, Sorry to see your laid up. Had total knee re-placement done on Dec. 31st, 2010. Doc's said it would take almost a full year to recover and gain strength. Pre surgery classes had us pick a goal to focus on for recovery. Of course, I zeroed in on my October Cascade western Oregon bull hunt. By August of 2011 I had achieved 115 degree bend in my new knee. Second day of the season, I punched my tag on a nice 4x5 satellite Roosevelt bull. Key is to exercise that shoulder just like they tell you to and then just a nano more. You'll be there in Sept.. :tup:Dale H.
