Post by: Fishnclifff on May 19, 2012, 06:12:32 PM: The shad are here. Been seeing about 2-3 dozen a day caught off of Steamboat landing dock in Washougal.

I have some in the freezer now and can put some away if any one wants some.

where are you located? I would like a few for catfishing

I'd be interested in a half dozen to ten depending on your space available. Will be down in Vancouver about July 7, maybe sooner but not sure.

Some people eat them, they make great bait! Killer for Over sized sturgeon :IBCOOL:

I was talking to an Asain dude who would take all the roe out of the fish but did not want the fish. THought that was a freaking waste so went steelhead fishing.
