Title: Legal question about decoys

One of the fields I hunt has geese in it often.  I know that coyotes will snack on waterfowl any chance they get.  Can I put out my Goose Decoys and use a e caller with goose sounds to attempt and lure a coyote in, or would that be illegal even though Im not hunting waterfowl?
