Title: Regulation ?
Post by: Gobble Gobble on May 21, 2012, 03:05:57 PM
I haven't been able to find the answer so I'm hoping some of you more experienced fisherman can help.

When there is a "night closure in effect" what are the hours that one can fish? Is it 30 min before sunrise to 30 min after sunset?

page 11 under definitions says "when night closure is in effect, fishing is closed from 1 hr after official sunset to 1 hr before official sunrise.

Yeah, thanks I don't know how I missed it on multiple looks through the regs. I even did site searches on the wdfw site and got nothing. Its nice to finally know the rule as I was waiting till first light last year before starting to fish.
