Of all the acquisitions the WDFW is considering, this is the best I've seen. Already has trails, lake, waterfall, oldgrowth, elk, trout, and next to Mt. St. Helens.
They even filmed part of "Last of the Mohicans" and "Northern Exposure" at Kalama Falls. Would be a shame for this to be turned into lots and lodges for the rich.

Its a shame this property will be forever excluded from the tax roles. I would have liked to have had the opportunity to buy a lot and put up a cabin. :'(
