I am in the market for some new sights for my bow. My current sights took some damage do to a move and are cracked now. What I am looking for is a .019, 5 pin sight around the $80-$120 range. I have been looking at truglo but if anyone has a sugestion please let me know.
Thanks,
Adam

i really dig my cobra sidewinder 5 pin, but i am a newbie so don't listen to me much. the price was in your range though and the pins are nice and bright.

Spott Hogg! I fell my nearly 300 lb carcass directly on mine in the ice several times without a single scratch or adjustment. I have dropped my bow a few times and havent had to adjust my Spott Hogg in years. It is the only sight that i will buy.

I bought the the Flashpoint 5 pin micro dot that is made by Black Gold about a year ago. My step brother had it on his mathews and really liked it. I have been very happy with it. I had a spot hogg before and it was a pain to work with. The Black Gold it very easy to adjust. I sighted in my 20yd pin and the others, 30, 40, and 50 were dead on. I like that it is pretty simple and enclosed. The guy were I bought it liked the dead nutz.

Both my dad and my brother are shooting the Tru Glo seven pin, it goes for around $100 with wrap and light. They both love thiers. It seems to be very comparable to my Spott Hogg SDP at much less $$ You can get it in a .019 pin.

Save a little extra coin and get a spot hogg. Save some more coin and get a spot hogg with the wrap. Pretty damn good sight.
I had a small issue with mine so I called Spot Hogg at 4pm on Friday to ask some questions. Talked to a guy named Josh. He answered my question and even offered to give me his cell # in case I had any more questions over the weekend. Pretty good customer service if you ask me.

Go with a Spot Hogg sight! One of the nicest and strongest sights on the market - in my opinion! I have several different spot hogg sigths myself but the one I use most is the Sever Deadly Pins. The hunter hogg it sight is great for those who want to be super precise because it has 2nd and 3rd axis adjustments to level up that sight and make sure it's aligned perfectly square to the bow. Go check em' out! www.spot-hogg.com

Spot Hogg is hard to beat. I have a Toxonics and like it a lot.

I have a spot hogg and love it, but if you get one you need to go with the wrap.It makes a huge difference in light gathering. I actually bought a tru glo a month ago and really like the sight, wrap, 5 pin,.019, and camo for 69.00. I ended up putting the spot hogg on my spare bow and will hunt with the tru-glo this year. I will eventualy get the wrap upgrade for my hogg and put it back on my Hunting bow. The tru-glo will get you by but the spot hogg is the way to go for sure. Get the wrap though. A regular pinned sight sucks when compared to a wrap!

Sounds like spot-hogg with the wrap is the way to go. Now I just need to find one that fits a left handed bow.
