Title: Quinalt ridge quality elk tag
Post by: outfishu2 on June 14, 2012, 11:44:13 AM: Somehow I was lucky enough to draw a tag for Sept 24Th to 28Th. Any suggestions on the best type of bugle call to buy? I need something that is user friendly as I have no experience in hunting the rut.

Post by: coachcw on June 14, 2012, 11:50:52 AM: Sweet , get over there and do your home work and possible door knocking . hyper lip cow calls are pretty easy to use and are effective. learn the boundry I know guys have got in trouble in the past for getting into the park.

I have a nice pack board that needs used... The bugle tubes with the reeds on the end are simple to use. Good luck with the tag!

I have fished with Tater before, I know him and Dean are good Elk hunters.
