That's fine it stayed below freezing the whole time. Were you camping up high?
-
looks like a great hunt. Nice WT's.

Wow! What a great hunt! Congrats on all your success!

As long as its not warm out that doesn't hurt anything. We always let our white tails hang for a few days before skinning and processing(when the weather cooperated).

Nice work! Did you see any pre rut activity?

Some say it even makes em taste better. They do it a lot in MT.

Beautiful bucks!! Congrats to all!

Nice bucks, I spent 7 days up in 204 and was in deer everyday but wasn't able to spot a buck until the last full day. Couldn't get out of the truck quick enough, ironic to spend so many miles on foot and see nothing shootable then drive past 2 whitetail bucks >:(

Nice bucks right there. Congratulations

Well done! Congrats

Thank you all for the replies, this was a great year. We had no idea the area we picked this year was going to be so successful. I usually hunt the National forest and the Wildlife area and get deer almost every year.
Yes I left the hide on, the storm came in on Tuesday the day I shot my deer it was 25deg that night, and it snowed on Friday night. I don't think it ever got above 45 during the day. When skinning and boning them out on Saturday mine was the coldest still.
Dropped them off at the Taxidermy this morning and he was really happy with how they looked.
Back-straps for dinner
