I wonder how that "resident only" thing will work for lifetime license holders who live out of state. The lifetime license gives the hunter the "rights of a resident" and I already purchase an over the counter hound permit as a non resident that only residents can buy. So just maybe that first griz killed might not be by an Idahoan. :chuckle:

I would assume yes, I would bet the game wardens put the hunter on the 1 they want dispatched. Just a thought
