This year will be my first year hunting west side phesants, I’ve been searching and can’t find anything on WDFW pertaining to odd/even days can anyone give me some insight as to what it means?

When you buy your license, you have to choose odd or even weekend days. You can only hunt weekends on whichever you choose - odd or even days. During the week, you can hunt any day. It’s a way to keep the crowds down on weekends.

That's not true. All it means is you can hunt right at legal time, 8 a.m. generally, on your chosen weekend day odd/even. You can hunt after 10 a.m. on the other weekend day you didn't choose. Weekdays are wide open odd/even doesn't matter.

From the on-line regs pamphlet, I think this is (at least part of), what you are looking for:

True. I forgot that it was about 8-10am only. 😀
