Just came across this rule while brushing up on the rules"It is unlawful to hunt upland birds with a modern firearm unless you are wearing hunter orange. or fluorescent hunter pink." Has anyone actually done this? Just curious as I can't imagine using an AR to hunt birds or maybe I am not understanding what "modern firearm" means. Just found it interesting and wanted to see what others have to say.

I’ve always interpreted it as if you are using something other than a muzzle loading shotgun or bow you must have modern orange. So basically if you have any modern shotgun you must wear orange is how I understand it.
