Does anyone have a video of the herd I witnessed? modern season, Friday morning Nov 1, 2019, I was near the intersection road of Colockum Pass and Pettit roads when a herd of 150+ elk came up from I think Tarpescan canyon. There were calves, cows, bulls and big bulls running towards the summit.
I have been hunting on Colockum for more than forty years and I have never seen anything that awesome. I wish I had my camera because my rifle was of no value as they were bunched together and did not want to shoot into the herd.
Did anyone else see and capture this event in a video? If someone saw the herd and took a video of the elk I would appreciate you sharing the herd video.
Thanks, Dick
