Title: Damn the wind!
Post by: Meattoeat on August 01, 2021, 09:46:56 AM
Hoping to get to spot this evening, the only issue is the wind will most likely be going up the face so I’ll be walking into the wind. There’s not really a way to come around the other side and not blow my wind to the hill.

Would you still risk it and just get up top and hope something comes through later?

Also what’s y’all’s opinion on bear calling in the fall. The berries in my area aren’t ripe yet least not in numbers, and I know there are bears in the “area” thinking calling might be especially effective if there food source isn’t ready
