Title: Casper WY Meat Processor
Post by: havershap on September 12, 2021, 05:14:34 PM
I will be hunting antelope in an area south of Casper, WY.  The next nearest town to my hunt area is Rawlins.  Can anyone recommend a wild game meat processor in either of those towns?

Thanks,
Ed

Thanks for all of the inputs.
FYI, Yellowstone is no longer in business.  They've been bought out by another outfit and the new owner doesn't process game meat, only domestic.

Its a drive but big horn meats in Buffalo is by far the most organized I have used.  105 for a goat with burger or breakfast sausage.  Options of pepperoni and summer sausage as well as on site taxidermy service.  With as warm as it will be our group will be packing 100 quarts of ice to stuff in the cavities.  We will be in Gillette hunting 17.

This was impressive.  Each animal is skinned, pressure washed, cooled and then cut.  440 deer, antelope and elk a day.
