How big do you think this bear is?  .300 Win Mag bullet for comparison.

Big enough...probably around 300lbs or so

Absolutely no way to tell the weight by track size.

 :yeah:  I have seen some pretty gangly bears with big feet.

The hind foot is also a poor indicator of size.  If you want a decent "guess" you measure the width of the front pad.  Normally a 4 inch across pad is a 5 foot bear, 5 inch across pad is a 6 foot bear.  It at least gives you a rough idea.
