Hence why I stated macro and micro needs. If you can get all your micros from protein and fats then have at it. Chronometer will tell you what you are eating. Agree to disagree.

All of the above. My wife is doing all of the Keto cooking except for things like steaks. She makes treats, pizza, casseroles, all kinds of stuff to keep it interesting. I prep snacks for myself but she does the lion's share of the shopping.

Have you ever read "eat right for your type"?  Its basic premise is that our genetics dictate what is best for our bodies. As such, what works great for one  doesnt really work for another.

These discussions on dietary needs always make me think about  the fact that the food pyramid was developed to increase food consumption, and away from those that just ate meat and vegetables.
