Understanding wyoming random draw odds

I’m struggling to find an answer to this question, when looking at the random draw odds it shows the tag quota and the 1st,2nd, and 3rd choice applicant total for year 2021. So given the example below what are your actual odds? How is it calculated?

Region G / Quota 52/ 1st choice 1509/ 2nd 420/ 3rd 113

Points mean nothing.  Divide applications by number of tags.
Economy failure = Too many people spending money they don't have on things they don't need to impress people they don't like.

I understand points mean nothing so your odds in this example would be 2.5%?

All first choice applicants are considered first before moving to second or third choices. All G tags go as first choice so second and third choice applicant numbers are inconsequential.

 :yeah:   Party isn't eliminated if not enough tags remain when drawn.  I'm in party of 2 drawing for 2 tags.  42 applications last year.  Does that double my odds?

No. You still go in as just one app. If you are drawn they will give your entire group tags even if it goes over the quota.
