Marysville/Stanwood
« on: November 10, 2012, 08:57:40 PM »
I have a 14FT Jon Boat with a popup blind. Love hunting, but am really tired of walking into spots. Probably put the carriage in front of the horse when I bought this (last year). I see people launching at spots from the freeway into sloughs in Maryville and Stanwood and really want to check them out, but can't seem to find anyone to come out with me (not big on boating alone, that can be dangerous, still searching). Anyways, does anybody have any information they can share without giving up their spots? I'd like to gather enough info to not cock block anybody or break any unwritten rules when I get cruising around down there. Any information helps. Scouting trip to come soon, so if you hunt down there, help me, help you. :0)

Do you have a gas motor on it  :dunno: We could go out to a place I know of, but you would need a small gas motor.

You just need to find a partner and spend a day scouting it out plenty of water to hunt down there.   I'd be willing to tag along if you need someone to check it out with.
