water in brand new decoys?

so i bought a brand new GHG puddler pack from dicks and when i took them out one of the pin hens has liquid sloshing around in the body? anyone ever experience this?

I bought divers that literally dive  :yike: :chuckle: They were Cabela's Northern Flight decoys, and I had to patch a hole in all of them because they would fill up and sink  :P I guess it adds motion, and realism  :dunno: :chuckle: The problem was that I got widgeons that were the same brand, and they did the same thing  :P
