Does anyone know where Angry Spike Productions is hunting this year? if they got drawn for permits? or any other news.

Hey guys,

Hope all had a great season...

No special permits this year...

We are putting together another video now, it usually takes until March to get it all done.  I am hoping to have it ready by the first of the year..... BUT....that has always been my goal... so we will see.  The new vid will have both 07 and 08 seasons combined. This takes alot of pressure off of us to get one every year plus it should be well worth the 13 bucks.

We had a great year... a ton of call-in's even got some on film.  We had some of the usual close calls and oops's that goes along with elk hunting.  Brad, Worm, and Jamie all took nice 5x5's.. Myself I was lucky enough to take two 6x6's one in Washington and one in Oregon.  I got my washington bull on film (you'll all have a good giggle over that mess). My Oregon bull I was solo on the last day of season so I did't try to film, shoot and call...

Here's some pics.

I was standing by Brad at the comedy club when you called with your Oregon bull.  His daughter and mine are on the same soccer team.  I also co-own Three Rivers Archery in Longview.  Brad showed me pictures on his phone of your bulls.  Congrats on a stellar season!!!  Two six point Roosevelt bulls in a lifetime would be a great accomplishment, let alone doing it in one season!!  Looking forward to the video!

Shannon, I haven't had a chance to get over to Triple XXX, but I heard rumors that a monster was killed a week or two ago by someone in the shop locally in Oregon. Any truth to the rumors?

Ryan-John killed a monster the first week of the season.  It is an absolute hog.  His buddy told me it grossed 325!  I saw pictures of it and have one on the computer but I wouldn't want to post it unless he ok'd it.  It is a 7x7. (6x6 with crown points at the 4ths, classic Rosie!!)

Is this guy, John, from Elma, WA?  I'm trying to get back in touch with him to score his bull.  PM me if you know if it's the same guy who called me.

thanks,

John is from St Helens Or.  I have not had the chance to go check it out, but I have seen some pics and yes it is a bull of a lifetime.  I just hope he realizes what he got. I think he has the rack at the shop, at least thats what Dustin said.  If not Im sure the place is stacked with photos.

Hey Mark, I met you in your shop just after it opened.  Fellow Inst Tech... I'm sure Brad hated to get that call.. I was hunting on my own for about 45 min before I shot my OR bull.  Bummer that it worked out that way.

Guys thanks for the props on my bulls and videos.  The work has just begun for the new video.. and Im excited to see how it will turn out.
