Oh DAMN!  :cryriver:

What terrible news to log on to. His contributions to the forum will be missed by many.  My brother-in-law and him were classmates in ROTC.  :bash:  :bash:  :bash:

This is truly a tradgedy. I did not know Aaron personally, but read all of his Elk analysis for the colockum and could tell he was a very passionate person on what he beleived in. I can only assume that is why he stepped up for his country and took a post. It is obvious that he was loved and respected by many. Even those that had never met him. My Heart goes out to his family and friends. A true loss.

BLR, I would like to post a pic and mention him on my Facebook page with your permission. More people should know and pay tribute to your brother and ours.

Please let me know if this is ok. If not I completley understand.

Thanks

Brianb231
I was thinking the same thing as Brianb231.  Even though I didn't know colockumelk I would like to post also on my FB if ok with you BLRman.

Bone, be sure to link and promote the fundraiser. I want to be part of that.

Prayer for colockumelk's family members and loved ones. Proud of him. Didn't have to have shaken his hand to be proud of him. Thank You, Aaron.

Very sad! Our thoughts are with your family. I would like to donate to a fund for his kids also. Post the details when you have something arranged.

Yes, they know. My brother in law said he was getting calls about it even before morning PT.

may god ease the pain of your family. Horrible to see another American hero pay the ultimate price. I hope you get to continue your relationship with the nephews.  Stay strong
