Quail, quail everywhere
« on: August 21, 2013, 11:54:11 AM »
Anyone else notice the abundance of quail in the valley?  I feel like I'm gonna wear my brakes out for these guys.  What is this, the third brood now?

I haven't.  Up in Cle Elum the local covey on my road was wiped out and I haven't seen a single brood.  I'm blaming the explosion of housecats, but who knows.  I'm glad to hear that they are making hay down valley.
