Z7 extreme retires after this buck....maybe
« on: November 18, 2013, 08:23:03 PM »
This is likely the last buck I will take with my Z7 before retirement.   35 yds from my tree stand after following the sent of love (code blue) within range.  Dropped him in his tracks with the ACC pro with 100gr slick tricks :yike:.  On to my new Elite Energy 32.  If all goes well, the z7 will be retired and will be up for sale.....or the new bow will be.  Stay tuned .

I use a battery powered pot that warms a bit of the urine, hung in the area, and I spray periodically in the air.

I could not say enough good things about the Lone wolf "sit and climb" tree stand, particularly since I changed to the flip down seat.  It is quiet and easy to use.  I would recommend Lone wolf to anyone.

Cool pic of the gear river rat! Nice looking bow as well! This is my first year back bow hunting and I'm stoked! I bought a used Matthews. Heading out tomorrow with my dad for a late season Hunt. He is taking an 18 year old Hoyt. I hope he nails a decent buck with that old beast.
