FFL List - Firearms Sales/Transfers in Washington
« on: December 02, 2014, 05:15:54 PM »
Hunting-Washington provides an opportunity for members to advertise items for sale. Please be advised that H-W does not offer legal advice. However, with passage of I-594 Washington law now requires many firearms sales or transfers to go through a registered FFL holder. If you are confused it is suggested that you seek legal advice.

See the full language of Initiative 594:

Here are a couple lists of FFL's by zip code and by city in Washington:

What's the difference between a sale and a transfer?   :dunno:

My advice is to seek legal council, get advice from local law enforcement, or go to a FFL holder before making any sale or transfer.

All sales are transfers.  Not all transfers are sales.
Nature. It's cheaper than therapy.
