They usually have awards and prizes, maybe a few raffles for boat owners but I never stay long enough afterwards to win anything. So, Ed, to save you the hassle of organizing I'll just come on by and I'll volunteer!

We are supposed to have thunder storms, wind and rain on Saturday. I hope it's not too bad, I'd like the soldiers to get out and have a good time.
I'd rather be hated for who I am, than loved for who I'm not!

Max ebb is about 9am.  I have a feeling its gonna be nasty earlier than NOAA predicts.  Hopefully I'm wrong and you guys can fish as long as you want.

Stop it now....I have no idea what the foul weather plans are. I've fished in some nasty but will leave it up to my guest on what we endure.

With the wind coming out of the South, I am hoping some of the smaller boats or ones that don't want to get tossed around if it get's rough will tuck in North of Mukilteo or head for the river. Should be plenty of fish North of the lighthouse in that bay. I plan to keep an eye on the winds, using the real time Washington State Ferry Weather info.

We want all the boats and people to stay safe out there and will be watching the info as best as we can. I know we are going to discuss this with the captains on Friday night during the meeting at Harbor Marine.

just off the oil docks to the north of the ferry terminal at Mukilteo is a very productive spot , it can be very good for silvers as well as the pinks. We will be fishing this area this afternoon to get an Idea of whats hanging there, gonna take a couple of the guys out tomorrow AM and take a look at a couple more spots and try to report back , between the predicted weather and the commercial guys out there right now, it might be little tougher than it has been but still should be able to put them on fish. I can PM anyone my cell number that is gonna be there and try to give you the most up to date info....I am also on vhf 68 just holler for FW.   or I can pm you my mmsi number if you can go that route on you chartplotter.

Forecast as of this evening:
Saturday: E wind 6 to 11 kt becoming SSW 19 to 29 kt in the morning. Winds could gust as high as 38 kt. Rain. Wind waves 1 ft or less building to 5 ft.

Sounds brutal. I'm delaying my drive up tomorrow and holding off on a decision until I hear back from Randy...
