Anyone ever use or have any experience with the Leupold Delta Point Pro Red-Dot Optic.

Initially, I'd like to use something like this on a pistol, but I could see it on and 870 or an AR as well... Any thought would be appreciated.

Yep, I bought a Delta Point used from a member of this forum.

It has no "on/off" switch, which bothered me initially.  It comes on automatically when it is moved, so when you pick it up, it's on...riding in the gun case in a rig...it's on.  I've had it for about 5 years now, still haven't had to change the battery.  (Now that I said that, it will probably go dead!)

I've had it on several AR's, a shotgun, and now it's back on my Volquartsen 22 that I use for rimfire steel matches.  It's a great little sight in my opinion, and it's about the perfect size too.  Larger than a Fastfire, and WAY smaller and lighter than an Eotech.
