Rock Creek Archery comes through again
« on: August 09, 2016, 06:11:07 PM »
Well I brought my bow into Denton on Saturday.  Stepped foot in the door and he said he heard I was in the market for a new bow.  Word travels fast.  Looking it over really good.  Well found some slight bends in the bottom of both of my cams.  Denton comes through and I got the bow back tonight ready to shoot.  Thanks again Denton you made my day

I had a great visit there on Wednesday.
He spent a lot of time on my bow and helped me figure out broadhead tuning.
Good guy and good shop.
Definitely support your local indy!

Saturday was my first experience with him.   And unfortunately, for my wallet, it won't be my last!  I bought a used bow from a member on here, brought it to Denton to give it a once over.  Installed a peep, adjusted the draw, sold me a release, and cut me some arrows.  All the while juggling all the other customers that kept coming through the door.  Great guy.  Made a new customer out of me

Denton spent a lot of time to get by bow  back to where I needed it after another shop messed it up. Great guy. Got a buddy to buy a bow from him the next week & have another one planning to buy from him this spring.
He will keep our buisness.

Went up to Enumclaw Friday and again on Saturday to visit Rock Creek Archery.  The owner, Denton Brunk, is extremely knowledgeable in body mechanics, bow mechanics, product accessories, etc.  He spent a lot of time making sure I got the right set up for me and even took me into his range for a mini lesson and to help site in the bow at 10 and then 20 yards- at no charge.  On Saturday morning, the place was packed with classes for young archers utilizing his 10 lane target facility on one side, while on the other side of the facility people lined up for assistance with their equipment needs at his pro shop.  He can order what you want or you can choose from what is already in his full service shop.  He got so involved with helping me on Friday that it turns out he missed eating his lunch.

As others have said before me, you can't do wrong by visiting Rock Creek Archery for any of your archery needs.  He is really a good guy who cares about what he does and has a substantial background that I believe includes a state championship and being a sponsored archer by a longtime major bow company.  I'm so impressed that I've already passed on his information to a few other guys.  Give him a try!
