I have an 18 ft Bass tracker but only a 25 hp motor. Could that make it?

I'm going to consider bringing the driftboat.  My wife let me take her catfishing at Lyons Ferry for our honeymoon, 25 years ago.  What a gal!

Did I hear that the state park campground is closed now?  KOA across the river is the place to be?

You are correct the state park campground is closed and yes everyone stays at the KOA.
